Job applications

When you apply for a vacancy through the Careers page, your name, email address, telephone number, optional message and CV are processed for recruitment assessment. You are asked to accept the data notice before applying, and the consent record is kept together with the version of the notice you accepted.

Only authorised company and human resources personnel within Kamacıoğlu Group can access this information. Your CV is kept in private storage and can be opened only by authorised users, through temporary access links.

The retention period defined for your application and CV is 12 months from the application date. Records whose retention period has expired are permanently removed, including the CV file, through the retention cleanup process.

To prevent abuse, the address your connection comes from is turned into a salted one-way fingerprint and used only to enforce the hourly application limit. The address itself is not stored with your application.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics is a service provided by Google.

Analytics cookies are activated only when you choose “Allow analytics” in the notice at the bottom of the page. Before you choose, and if you choose “Continue without analytics”, no analytics cookie is set; only limited, cookieless measurement signals are sent to Google.

Advertising storage, advertising data sharing and ad personalisation are always off. Google signals are off as well.

You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page. When you withdraw consent, this site’s Google Analytics cookies are deleted from your browser. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
