Özle Türkel Social Activity Centre additional-floor tender awarded to Kamtek Ltd.
Under tender 004/2025 of the Değirmenlik–Akıncılar Municipality, a second floor will be added to the centre.
Kamtek Ltd. won tender 004/2025, the Social Activity Centre Additional Floor Project, issued by the Değirmenlik–Akıncılar Municipality.
The project covers a construction area of 1,062.49 square metres. A second floor will be added to the existing building, together with an enclosed inner courtyard.
The new floor will hold the mayoral office and a meeting room, along with a science and technology workshop, a dance hall, a gymnastics hall, a pilates room, a chess room and additional classrooms.
The contract period for the work is 270 calendar days.
